Sessions are offered virtually across Ontario, allowing you to access care from the comfort and privacy of your own space.

Before becoming a psychotherapist, I spent years searching for clarity, connection, and a way through a heaviness that felt difficult to carry or name. From a young age, I felt things deeply - sensitive in ways that were often misunderstood. Over time, I shaped myself around external expectations and internal standards of ‘enoughness,’ often losing touch with what felt true. It wasn’t until I allowed myself to be seen in my vulnerability that things began to shift.

In my practice today, I offer a steady, compassionate space where all parts of you are welcome - even those that feel uncertain, protective, or hard to name. You don’t need to have the right words or know where to begin. Simply arriving as you are is enough. My approach is grounded in the belief that healing begins not by trying to fix or change, but by gently turning toward what’s been held inside - with care, curiosity, and compassion.
